Dominic Ross-Onu
is a human-centered project manager based in New York City. He has 10+ years of experience guiding programs, projects, and products through entire lifecycles.

He enjoys being able to work with people from all walks of life to solve complex problems.

Aside from career work, Dominic freelances in event marketing/production, photography, videography, and post production editing. In his spare time, he is an avid health and fitness enthusiast. Dominic enjoys traveling and volunteering in community service projects. Dominic has two beautiful children, Aiden and Kailyn, whom he adores greatly.
Accolades and Credentials
Dominic is a Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Finalist (Class of 2013) and a graduate from the International City/County Manager Association (ICMA) Emerging Leaders Development Program (2015 - 2017).
He earned his Bachelor of Arts (2009) in Mass Communication with a focus in multimedia and digital communications. Afterwards, Dominic earned the Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree (2011) where he focused on organization management with emphasis in finance and information technology. Both degrees were earned at the Savannah State University.
Inclusive of degrees, Dominic holds graduate certificates in digital technology and education from Full Sail University, strategic performance management from Suffolk University, and diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace from the University of South Florida.
He has managed projects and initiatives which led the City of Savannah's Mobility and Parking Services to win the Georgia Parking Organization of The Year (2014). He managed biking initiatives and assisted in Savannah earning the Bicycle Friendly Designation by the League of American Bicyclists (2013). Dominic has also applied for and aided Savannah in receiving EVSE grants, bike signage grants, and commercial electric rebates (2014-2015).
The City of Dallas' Performance Measures program, managed by Dominic, received distinction (2017, 2018, 2019) and excellence (2020) awards from ICMA. As the program manager, Dominic has been fortunate to present his D.I.M.E. method at the Central Texas Chapter of NFBPA Annual Conference.
Dominic is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and certified Project Management Professional with membership in the Project Management Institute.
